Sunday April 26th

We had a wonderful service on Sunday morning!
Nicole Foster was with us and blessed us with her beautiful voice! She sang a song by Natalie Grant, "In Better Hands Now". As she sang, God was really speaking to my heart... "there is hope when my faith runs out... I am strong because of you... I am changed... yesterday is gone... I am safe from this moment on... it's like the sun is shining when the rain is pouring down... it's like the breath of Jesus is right here in this room... so take this heart of mine... there's no doubt I'm in better hands now!"
Thank you Jesus for strengthening my heart!

The Cruz family was with us as well --- very good friends of ours. They laboured in Dover with us for over a year, maybe even two years, when we first started the Dover Link. Now they pastor The Solid Rock Church in Alliance. His message was inspiring and encouraging. Once again, God stepped in just when we needed a push to press on in the work of the kingdom and used his servant to speak into our spirits!

Here are the notes from Sunday. I hope it blesses you as much as it did me! [Thanks to Kelly for the notes!]

Hebrews 10:23Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; for he is faithful that promised.
We need to declare or confess our faith and hold on to God’s promises for He is faithful!
Joshua 3:3And they commanded the people, saying, when ye see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, and the priests the Levites bearing it, then ye shall remove from your place, and go after it.
You’ve got to move from your comfort zone and pursue! This is a place you’ve never been before, but when God says it time to go… it’s time to go!
Romans 4:20He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith giving glory to God.
No matter the circumstances, if God declared it, it will be so!
Luke 18:4, 5And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, though I fear not God, nor regard man; yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.
Keep knocking, keep seeking, keep asking until your need is met or you get an answer!

DREAMERS (preached by Tony Cruz)
· Reality doesn’t matter to dreamers
· You can misread your present situation, seeing the blessings, and miss out on your destiny by becoming comfortable
· Dreamers produce other dreamers
· Dream of God needs: Pharaoh, butler, baker. Pharaoh is person who makes it possible through their own dreams; Butler is person that opens doors you couldn't open on your own; Baker helps you be prepared in fulfilling your dream through sacrifice/finance
· Dreaming and having faith means taking risks
· Others will call you an ‘air-head’ because dreamers don’t rely on common sense
· If you allow others to stifle you, you are allowing them to stifle the dream
· God works through generations: promises are made to continue as with
Abraham/Isaac/Jacob (I believe it started with my dad and his ‘mantle’ is being passed to the next generation.)
· Lion seeks to kill dreamers – if he can kill a dreamer, he kills seed/fruit

Psalm 105:16-19Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread. He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant. Whose feet they hurt with fetters; he was laid in iron: until the time that his word came: the word of the Lord tried him.
The word was Joseph’s dream of his brothers bowing to him. This word tried Joseph. His dream would not let him go! In the still of the night, he couldn't forget his dream. He held onto it until it was fulfilled. Through slavery, prison, promotion, etc. he held onto this word until he saw the fulfillment of it.

When God gives you a promise, you and you alone are responsible for it. God sets you as ‘mother’ over your ‘baby’. You are the one that God will wake in the middle of the night for a midnight feeding. You are the one that has to tend to and protect for the health and well-being of the promise. You have to nurture the promise to see it grow.

Are you a dreamer?...................
